It wasn't hard to come up with posts for their Facebook and Instagram when they sell so many wonderful things.
Courtyard Cafe
We loved working with this café, which had become one of our favourite places for client and business meetings, so we were delighted to support them with their Social Media.
The café had plenty of wonderful food, events and activities to share, but finding the time to post consistently and make full use of Facebook and Instagram, including Stories, was proving challenging.
We took care of the day-to-day Social Media management, allowing the café team to simply share their images, events and ideas with us. We then turned these into engaging content and scheduled posts to keep their Social Media presence consistent, vibrant and active.
As well as managing Facebook and Instagram, we also promoted their events in relevant local Facebook groups and managed their TripAdvisor presence.
Our aim was to take the pressure of Social Media away from the team, while helping the café maintain a strong and engaging online presence and reach more potential customers locally.
It was a pleasure to work with them and to help showcase everything the café had to offer.
Body Reset Clinic
This is a super clinic in Hartley Wintney that specialises in Lifestyle and Sports Injury Management. They have a fabulous following - but wanted to really up their game in the local area and don't have the time.
We prepared all their posts for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram a month before, popped them into gdoc folders and they added, edited and approved. We came up with themes to help inspire all sorts of content and we also did adhoc posting when things crop up.
We really wanted them to share their extensive knowledge to allow them to become thought leaders and really let their customers know they are the right people to talk to. We also wanted them to share more about themselves as people, because not only are they a wonderful bunch of people, we all know "People buy from people!"
We are really enjoyied working with Body Reset and if you have any niggling pain, we would really recommend a visit.
No.3 New and Nearly
The problem with this client, is that we could definitely end up spending everything we earn in her glorious shop!!
No.3 is a luxurious new and nearly new clothing store. They have a lot of product that changes quickly, and she needed her customers to see it. Not only does she want people to buy the clothes, she wants them to come into her shop.
We started by updating her brand to look professional and slick and then we started posting 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week and once a week into local Facebook groups. Next, we have also set her up on Instagram and it is busily growing with lots of fabulous engagement.
Her statistics are showing a brilliant growth of reach and a lovely consistent spread of impressions. And we are learning a lot about high end fashion!
Jacaranda Ballet School
Andrea Young runs a small ballet school in Farnborough, Hampshire. She is passionate about her pupils and wants to give them the best experience of the world of dance. Her pupils love attending and performing in the yearly performances.
Andrea came to us after a disastrous week. She had had to cancel a class but wasn't able to get in touch with all her students. A friend recommended us to her, as she was very nervous about the internet.
We showed Andrea different Facebook pages and also talked about the security of a page. She was worried that other people could post silly or nasty things. She didn't want that for her ballet school. We showed her that you could lock down the Facebook page, so only posts she approved would be shown. We also showed her how easily she could contact all of her students and parents and also how to private message them.
Andrea is thrilled with the results. She is able to immediately contact all her parents and pupils - and we have proved this to her, and she was so surprised and delighted. We have been able to post all her class times and all the new term dates, exam timetable and up and coming events.
We have also created a community around her page - sharing photos of the dancers and the events. Parents are able to share the photos and it has created an excitement about the school and future events.
She has even been able to get new pupils and was so excited that they came through Facebook. She has no other advertising and has survived only on word of mouth.
Andrea has now come to trust the internet so much more. We have since created her a website, a google business page and Instagram. She has had to add more classes to fit all the new students. We have really enjoyed working with Andrea and love that her business has thrived since we showed her the wonders of Social Media.

Well we were super chuffed to welcome Editorial Office to our little Litus Digital family.
In our previous life this amazing company gave us both work as Freelance Editorial Assistants and were amazing to work for, especially as they allowed us the chance to be with our children, but also to support us whilst setting up Litus Digital.
And what a perfect partnership we had - because we knew exactly what they do and who they need to be talking to.
Editorial Office offer editorial services to publishers and societies. We took on board their LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, helping them present a consistent and professional image to the publishing world and we wer proud to be helping them.

Oh my goodness this was a different direction for us - and we absolutely love these guys. We had to learn about extra special car parts for Hot Rods! Such a fun business - we were managing their Facebook and pushing them out into the local Facebook groups to make sure everyone in New Caney, Texas knew where they are!

Our first US client!!!
Our previous client The Landyman, Richard decided to move the US and with that comes a completely new website and Facebook page. It's lucky he knew someone that could do that isn't it. :)

That's were we come in! We created and scheduled the more serious sales posts for these ladies on Facebook and Instagram and allowed them to get on with the fun and engaging posts.
JIB Glass Services
JIB Glass Services are a curtain wall fixing company - which is a company that fits very large sheets of glass or metal sheeting to the exterior of buildings. These guys are busy! They are well respected in their industry but wanted a better and bigger digital version of themselves.
JIB Glass Services wanted to set up all of their social media platforms - Website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn x 2, LinkedIn Company Profile. But they had no time, no knowledge and very little patience. They wanted to cement their business firmly in the Curtain Walling industry and felt that correct profiles would be the best way to achieve this.
We started from the very beginning with these guys - we got their CV's for their LinkedIn profiles, we constantly reminded them to take photos of their work and we listened to their stories. Gradually we were able to create a simple landing webpage and then elaborated on their Facebook and Twitter Pages. Finally, we got them on LinkedIn and started connecting them to their clients and suppliers.
JIB Glass Services are happy with what we have achieved for them and how little they had to do to achieve it. They feel they have a more professional profile and have been able to contact their clients and suppliers easily.
The Landyman
Richard Wheeler setup his business over 6 years ago and has never looked back. Each day is different, whether it’s taking down a 60-foot tree, or ensuring the stripes in the lawn he's just mowed are straight!
He had a very poor website, with lots of spelling mistakes and amateur design. His social media sites were unloved and not very representative of his professionalism.
Richard has long days which are very physical, so when he got home the last thing he wanted to do, was sort out his website and social media sites.
We began by accessing all of the platforms Richard wanted us to update. We are streamlining his content, ensuring that all of the suppliers he uses are included in his posts. Richard didn't want to grow his business excessively but wanted to present a more professional approach. We created him a sleek and stylish new website, with all the great visuals that his sort of job can provide.
Richard now has a strong professional digital presence. It really shows his high level of skill and experience. We wanted to highlight particular areas of work that he prefers doing and his website really shows that now. He is pleased with what we achieved for him and knows that he is represented digitally as a professional.

Just Teasin Hair Design
Just Teasin is a wonderful hair salon in Andover, Hampshire. The salon has been onsite for many years, but in the last couple years was bought by Jayne Tarrant. She wanted to bring a fresh young feel to her new business and social media was just the way she needed to do it.
Jayne wanted to increase her customer loyalty and create a community around her salon. And it wouldn't hurt to get more customers through the door.
Jayne originally came to us for a website and help with her Facebook. She had great Facebook page, but was struggling getting new followers and also engagement from her current customers. She wanted to steer the image of the Just Teasin from its previous incarnation to a new young and vibrant salon.
After designing and creating a website, we did an audit on Just Teasins' digital presence. We tightened her brand look and content across Facebook, website and google. We ensured that the right verifications and links were all in place. We created an Instagram page to add a real visual outlet for her new look. Then we started posting - inspirational quotes, funny gifs, promotions of products, videos of training days and sharing all the great reviews she is getting.
Jayne has now become a force in hairdressing in Andover. Her page followers have increased substantial and more importantly her followers are actively engaged and invested in Just Teasin. The image of the salon is now young, vibrant, friendly and caring. Their professionalism and extra efforts to stay ahead of the trends and their continued training sessions shines through. Her salon is now a very busy and wonderful place to be.

Starting a new business and not got much money. We are happy to start small and help you build up.
A couple of posts a week on Facebook and sharing them into local community groups can work wonders!
Bikeshare Bags
Phone call on Wednesday. Meeting on Thursday morning, Twitter created on Thursday night. Website edited, Facebook and Instagram created on Friday. Saturday started posting and engaging. First stock delivered on the Monday!!
Bikeshare Bags are a brilliant new start up. Problem was that their first delivery was due - but they had no social media and half a website.
They just didn't know where to start and starting from the beginning is hard - it's very slow building up the initial following.
Bikeshare Bags is a very clever idea and the clients had made brilliant strides in sourcing a supplier and shipping from China. But they hadn't started on their advertising and their stock was due in a week.
In a week we helped them pull together their website. We created Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We followed, liked and engaged with people that would be interested and influential.
There sites are looking great, the cross branding is consistent. The clients were happy with the brand that we created and are doing a smashing job posting for themselves.
Dawn Breakers
Andy and Bonnie Lavery have created a ground-breaking fitness, exercise and nutrition course that is changing people’s lives. They contacted us because they wanted their Social Media to look professional and consistent and they just didn’t have time.
Dawn Breakers is a very, very busy site - with 6 private group pages and 5 class pages. The pages had no set brand, Instagram needed to be more striking and visual. They also didn't have a Twitter account - even though they had been tweeted about.
Firstly, we audited and edited all sites - ensuring all branding, imaging and profiles were professional and fitted the business. We created a Twitter account and did a major edit of Instagram to fit the audience (made it beautiful).
This business is inspiring! The amount of content supplied by not only the employees, but also the clients is breathtaking. We ensured all content is professional, original and motivating.
Update: Bonnie is now doing her own posts whilst on maternity leave! We hope to see them back as clients one day soon.
Blue Dog Art
This is the gorgeous Dee Coward and she is an absolutely amazing artist. We love her work and wish we could buy every one of her paintings.
Dee had a Facebook and Instagram page, but she wasn't really attracting the customers she thought she should. Her art is amazing, and it should have been an easy sell.
We met up with Dee and gave her all our hints and tips at getting the right followers on her social media platforms. We talked about what to post and share and who to link up with. She was an avid listener and went away with lots of notes.
Dee took what we said on board with a passion and her sites are looking inspired and we are very proud of her. She even managed to sell one of her paintings in the same day she posted about it. She is now sharing more information about herself, her inspirations and her journey - not just her paintings. She is creating a story about her passion and we are enjoying watching her achieve. We are in constant contact and she knows that she can message us with any questions, and we hope she goes on to become a superstar in the art world.

Highclere Solutions Ltd
Highclere Solutions was already up and running as a company - but they had not had the time to create a digital presence. As a company working in the digital world - they needed something quite quickly.
Highclere Solutions is a company providing support to the publishing world. They needed to provide a very professional image to help with their Business to Business contact.
We created a simple landing page website and really concentrated on explaining exactly what they did, as it's a niche market within the publishing industry. We also created a LinkedIn Business and Facebook Business Page.
It was really important for us to gather as much information as possible in regard to this company and put it together in a comprehensible and sleek package to really express what they do. It's such a niche market and we wanted to express the considerable knowledge and experience these guys had.
We and the clients are really happy with their new digital presence and they can know hold their heads up in the publishing world.
Quantum Podiatry
When you open a new clinic, you need new clients! Facebook Groups are a great way to spread the news and get into the community.
We also suggested contacting all the local health clinics and school and helped compile a list of contacts.
We don't just do Social Media - we try and help in anyway we can.

Huddleston Fireplaces
Barbara and Kevin had just started their Fireplace installation business and had a good go at their Social Media. But both of them were really just winging it. They wanted some direction in how to really smash it!
Starting a business is a huge learning curve and sometimes it's best to get some help. Huddleston Fireplaces asked us to come and give them bespoke Social Media Training - so they could manage on their own in the right way.
After auditing their sites, we designed a one-off bespoke training day. We focused on what sites they needed, what they should be posting, when they should be posting and who they should be engaging with. We had a really productive day and since Kevin has continued his training at our LinkedIn Workshop.
We love the enthusiasm and creativity of this couple - they are really throwing everything into their new business. They have gone away from our training with lots of ideas and a confidence to do it for themselves. They are creating lots of interesting posts and we know they are now nice and busy. And we get to see them at lots of local networking events - it's nice when customers become friends too!

Knights Ceremonies
Jenny is the most wonderful, creative and uplifting lady. Her Social Media sites were already amazing and in our initial meeting we reluctantly admitted that she didn't really need our help. But she really wanted to know about the bigger strategy behind Social Media campaigns - so we were happy to help.
Posting away on Social Media sites is generally what most small businesses do, but if you have time to learn the bigger issues of customer targeting, strategic content and different content creation methods - it can really make a difference to your Social Media.
We created a bespoke training day for Jenny, with lots of worksheets and take away notes. We helped her define her customer, choose subjects to post about and showed her different software to help with her content creation.
Oh, my goodness golly gosh - this gorgeous lady took what we taught her and flew!!! She has been so inspiring and focused that we are brimming in pride. She has found that her posts are getting more engagement and her Social Media sites are looking slick, beautiful and informative. We love her! And shall be going back soon to give her some Pinterest training and we can't wait to see what she does with that.
A Wild Space
This lovely lady was at a crossroads in her life and was looking for a new direction. After a redundancy she really didn't know what she wanted to do. We had a lovely week of brainstorming and social media training, which resulted in a lifestyle blog and a real change in her lifestyle.
This was a wonderful challenge. Not knowing what you want to do after a job redundancy can be really frightening and sometimes it takes a bit of thinking outside of the box. Trying new things and continuing learning is so important. And to be brave and just to give it a good old try.
We initial started with general social media training to help broaden her skills for the job market. But it ended up with sharing all her passions and goals in life and we had some brilliant sessions of brainstorming and confidence boosting.
It was so wonderful to be part of this wonderful woman's journey. She has since gone on to set up her lifestyle brand and embarked on a completely new life. We are so proud of her and can't wait to see what she achieves. It's such a joy to see her posts and know that she has found a happy balance in her life.
Farnborough Networking
Litus Digital is very much a local business and we like to get involved with our local community. We attend several networking meetings to meet other local business people and this one is one of our favourites.
We were giving the opportunity to become involved with them in a more practical manner by taking over their social media.
There was only a twitter account for this network meeting and the posts where automated ones from the website. But it was followed by most local businesses - what an opportunity that was being missed.
We created a Facebook page, a LinkedIn Business page and revamped the Twitter account. We have started posting in local Facebook groups and we are sharing details of all the attendee’s businesses on all accounts.
This is such a friendly networking meeting - there are no membership fees or heavy sell. We really hope that with the little bit of extra exposure we can build it to be a big shaker and mover in our local area. And we will continue to go and enjoy the meeting and drink the coffee and chat to our hearts content.

Mobilise Sports Injury Clinic
When you are setting up your business you often have lots of time but are money poor. So Social Media training is the better option – it is better to use the spare time you have on your Social Media, than pay someone else to do it.
The lovely Sam at Mobilise Sports Injury had time – but didn’t really know what to post, how to post and where to post. We had a brilliant day of training, covering Social Media Strategy, Facebook and Instagram.
During the first week he was posting into the local Facebook groups – got himself a new client, that covered the cost of his training!!! So chuffed – job done!
BirdTree Design
This gorgeous client found Social Media so stressful, but she knew she needed to sort it. She needed to add her booking system to Facebook, her website and she knew she needed to set up Instagram. But she didn’t know how to get started and didn’t really want to.
That’s what we specialise in – taking away the stress and doing it for you. Her Instagram now looks gorgeous, the booking site is all linked and her fab workshops are filling up!! Now she can concentrate on her art!

When you have a new client and it just clicks - that is Daniela at Your Nurtured Being. We looked forward to her monthly visits to plan her Social Media and we must admit they did take longer because we ended up chatting so much.
Daniela is an inspiring client and we loved working with her. She has amazing ideas and is so passionate about what she does. We helped by planning a monthly campaign and providing the framework, graphics, images and time frame. She then edited and added her own text and we scheduled the posts. She also created her own posts, sharing daily events, and inspirational pieces.
It was a joy to work with Daniela as a team - helping her get the best out of her Social Media. And we are inspired by the fact that each client works and needs different things and we can accommodate for that.
Chaos & Clutter
This lovely lady is such a joy and she has a fab little business helping people sort out their homes from the clutter. She loves organising and tidying. She came to us for a Bespoke training day and what a lovely day it was. For her it was about knowing what to post. She also really needed a bit of confidence boosting in sharing information about herself and what she does. She didn't think people would find it interesting.
But we all know that people are nosy and love finding out about other people, what they do and how they do it.
We have been watching her posts now getting braver and braver and are super proud of how far she has come. We shall be keeping an eye on her and remind her every now and again how amazing she is!
Briken Homes
So, late on a Friday a client literally landed in our laps and became our second Texan client. They needed a website, an email address, a logo and a Facebook page, by Monday. And guess what, we pulled it out of the bag! They were off to auctions that week and we hope our hard work and their new sites pay dividends!
Ask Weddings and Events
Sometimes work is way more fun than we think it should be - sort of feel guilty when it's such a joy. And going to Suzanne's to provide a Bespoke training day, was just that - super fun and a joy. This lady is super busy and very, very, very good at what she does. If you want that perfect wedding or celebration then she knows everybody and everything.
We spent the day going through all the platforms and got her motivated to post on them all. And then she admitted that she actually loved Pinterest best of all and she really was doing the most amazing job. So we have encouraged her to really focus on that platform. If you are good at something and it's working, then it's better to stick with that than spread yourself thin on everything. So she has a little posting schedule on Facebook and Instagram - but she is most definitely our one and only Pinterest Queen.
Magpie Academic
Wow talk about inspiring - these girls have just left university and have set up their own business. Amazing get up and go! We provided an Bespoke Social Media Training day for these two and they were so quick to pick up everything and take everything on board. It's going to be fab to watch these lovely ladies achieve.

We were asked to provide the Blackwater Valley Countryside Trust with Facebook and Instagram management for 3 months, to help promote a special event. We also provided training for their members to they could continue with the management after the 3 months. This was such fun and great to work with such dedicated and passionate people.

Going to a clients to do training is always great! We love creating bespoke course for each business - but when they also cook you lunch - then it's heaven! We helped Jamie get to grips with his Facebook, posting into Facebook groups and Facebook advertising. He has since gone on to fill all of his Dining evenings - so proud of him and we can really recommend the food!

It was great to help this fab organisation run a one off Facebook campaign all about the teddies that are provided to distressed children in hospital! A lovely thing to do!

So lovely to help this wonderful man get up and running with his Facebook page. There were quite a few difficulties to get Facebook to realise that he was teaching about money management - not trying to rip people off. It's all about how you word things.
